Description

A personalized charcuterie board in natural acacia wood, laser engraved with your names, a date, a short message or your logo. The grain and colour vary from board to board, so each one is a little different, and the engraving darkens the wood itself with no ink or paint.

Acacia is a dense hardwood that stands up to daily cutting as well as serving. The board has a comfortable grip handle and a lanyard, so it hangs on a hook between uses, and it's double-sided: prep on one side, serve on the other.

It's a gift that gets used: a wedding or nikah gift with the couple's names and date, a housewarming gift with a family name, or a client gift with a company logo.

Care

• Wash by hand with warm water and a little dish soap, and dry it right away.
• Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher: standing water can warp or crack solid wood.
• Every few months, or when the wood looks dry, rub in a food-safe mineral oil and wipe off the excess. It keeps the wood from drying out.
• We engrave one side. Cut on the other side, so the engraving stays sharp.

Questions

Is the engraved side safe to serve food on?
Yes. The laser darkens the wood itself, so nothing is added to the surface. Serve on it as you would on any wooden board.

Can I engrave both names and the date?
Yes. Names, a date and a short line fit comfortably, and you can see the layout in the Designer before you order.

Will my board look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical. Acacia's grain and colour vary from piece to piece, which is part of what makes each board yours.
