SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, product appearance, colour, texture, or finish may vary due to screen settings, materials, and the nature of handcrafted or engraved items.
All product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Certain products offered by The Twelver Studios are custom-made or personalized based on customer specifications. Due to their nature:

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, dates, sizing, and design selections, before placing an order.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The Twelver Studios reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
For custom-made items, production may begin immediately after an order is placed. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale, redistribution, export, or resale of our designs or products, unless expressly authorized in writing by The Twelver Studios.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review or resolution.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary based on customer location, applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, currency conversion, or regional pricing adjustments. Prices displayed at checkout are final before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If there is an unexpected delay in production or shipping, we will reach out to you directly using the contact information provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, supply chain issues, or events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, engravings, artwork, text, images, layouts, logos, and photographs, is the exclusive property of The Twelver Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not grant ownership, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights to any design.
You may not copy, trace, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, resell, or commercially exploit our designs or products without prior written authorization.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 – RESELLERS & AUTHORIZATION
Our products and designs may not be resold, redistributed, or sold forward without explicit written authorization from The Twelver Studios.
If you are interested in becoming an official reseller, you must contact us directly for approval. Authorized reseller relationships require written authorization and may be subject to additional agreements, pricing structures, and conditions.
Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in legal action.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Twelver Studios is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with The Twelver Studios. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or services provided by us.

All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
