Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (non-personalized items)
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fees apply

Final Sale Items

Items from our Custom Made collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all products that are personalized, engraved, or made to order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and make it right.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for eligible items are issued to the original payment method once the return is received. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
