Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and engraved to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are often completed sooner, but we want to make sure we have enough time to get it right. For large or event orders, processing time may be longer — contact us before ordering to confirm timelines.
Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and carrier.
- Free shipping in Canada on orders over $60.00 CAD
- Free shipping for US customers on orders over $100.00 CAD
Worldwide Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout when you enter your address.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Scarborough, Ontario. Select the Pickup option at checkout.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
