Before you place a big order

Some materials are kept in limited stock. Email your order (the items and how many) to support@thetwelverstudios.com. We’ll go over it with you to make sure we can do it, then send you an invoice.

Very large orders

For big runs, contact us before ordering so we can confirm materials and a timeline.

Allow time for big runs

Every piece is engraved one by one. Allow about two weeks for 10 or more full-wrap tumblers.

Personalize every piece

Each item can carry its own name. Use the Designer or the Leave a note box on the product page.

Free logo help

Send us your logo, or tell us your idea and we’ll help design it, free.
